Lemon Berry Gin Fizz with Rosemary

Does anyone else grow rosemary in their yard? I have a rosemary bush and I love it since it is basically a no effort herb. I absolutely loved the flavor of this cocktail. It was really well balanced and fresh and delicious.

I used the same Tinkerman’s Citrus gin that I used for the Negroni Bianco Bergamotto last week. I will definitely be buying it again as it has great flavor. I also used some berry syrup I had left in my fridge from making this beautiful ombre berry champagne cocktail. The great thing about making your own flavored syrups for drinks is that they last a really long time in the fridge, so you get to make so many drinks with one batch of syrup.

I also added a bit of limoncello to this drink, and used the la croix limoncello sparkling water instead of club soda. The final touch is allowing a sprig of fresh rosemary to marinate in the alcohol for a few hours before serving, to give the fresh hint of rosemary in the drink.
