Bacon Lettuce Tomato and Avocado Bagel Sandwich

- 4 bagels cut and toasted - I used everything bagels
- 1 container chive cream cheese
- 1 package bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1-2 ripe avocados diced
Cook the bacon and chop. I like to use the oven to cook bacon. To do this, line a baking sheet with heavy duty foil and lay out the bacon. Turn the oven to 325 and put the sheet pan into the cold oven. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the bacon and cook for another 10-15 minutes, watching it closely near the end until your desired crispness. Drain on paper towels.
Toast the bagels and spread cream cheese on both sides. Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.
In a large bowl, toss the chopped lettuce, bacon, tomato and avocado and scoop onto the bagels. Close the sandwiches and serve.
