Buffalo Hot Dogs
Tangy twist on hot dogs with buffalo mayo, blue cheese and thinly sliced celery

- 4 hot dogs I like the beef ones
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1/4 cup mayo
- buffalo sauce to taste I prob used about 2 tbsp
- juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper
- 2 celery stalks thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
Make the mayo by mixing the mayo, buffalo sauce, lime, and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Cook the hot dogs in whatever fashion you prefer. I typically put mine in a skillet with a thin layer of water and cover it over medium heat to let them cook that way until the water is evaporated and then I let them brown up a little.
If you'd like to toast your buns in a warm skillet or the oven you can. I did and we liked the toasted bun. Place a hot dog on each but and top with some mayo, blue cheese and celery and another drizzle of mayo. Serve.
