Cuban Naan Pizzas
Tasty crispy naan topped with dijon, pulled pork, swiss and pickles

- 4 naan
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- pulled pork
- sliced dill pickles
Heat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. Lay out the naan on the sheet. Mix mayo and mustard together and spoon a few tbsps on to each naan.
Top with a slice of swiss, then some pulled pork, then another slice of swiss, then the pickles. Bake for 10 minutes or so until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan has crisped up. Watch them closely after 8 minutes to avoid burning the naan. Serve immediately.
