Deluxe Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich
Bagel sandwich with cream cheese, whitefish dip, smoked salmon, pickled red onion, capers, tomato and avocado

- 4 bagels cut and toasted
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced and quick pickled in a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water
- ripe avocado
- sliced tomato
- capers
- cream cheese
- whitefish dip
- smoked salmon
Quick pickle the red onion by mixing 50/50 white vinegar and water and a pinch of salt and toss with the red onions for 15 min. Drain and dry.
Toast the bagels and put cream cheese on one side and whitefish dip on the other. Sprinkle capers on the cream cheese and press in so they stay put. Layer on the red onion, smoked salmon, tomato and avocado, then close up the bagel and cut in half. Serve with chips or a salad.
