Full English Breakfast

Fried eggs, sausage, back bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, toast and beans

Ingredients
  

  • 4-8 eggs fried
  • 4 slices hot buttered toast
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 4 sausages whatever kind you like
  • 1 lb back bacon or ham or canadian bacon
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 package mushrooms washed and sliced
  • hash browns optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bacon and sausage in a frying pan and then set aside covered to keep warm. If using hash browns, fry those next until crispy.
  • Lightly oil a frying pan and heat to high. Add the mushrooms and cook with some salt until they have released their water and are browned. Set aside and keep warm.
  • Lightly oil the pan again and fry the tomatoes just for a minute or two to get some color on them.
  • Heat the beans in a pan on the stove. When almost ready to eat, fry the eggs and make your toast. Put everything on a plate and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Enjoy!
