Havarti Avocado Sandwiches

Delicious havarti and avocado sandwich with red onion, tomato, sprouts and pepperoncini rings

Ingredients
  

  • 8 bread slices your choice of bread
  • 8 slices havarti cheese
  • 2 ripe avocados sliced
  • sprouts
  • mayo
  • pepperoncini rings
  • 3 roma tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Spread mayo on all sides of the bread. Add cheese on each half of the sandwich then top with avocado, sprouts, tomato, red onion and pepperoncini. Close the sandwich and cut in half before serving.
