Miso Butter Roasted Cabbage

Miso butter glazed cabbage wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small cabbage cut into wedges
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp miso
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup matzo meal or panko flakes

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 450 and line baking sheet with foil or parchment. Spray with baking spray. Melt the butter and whisk it with the miso and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the exposed areas of the wedges. Bake for 45 minutes or so until cabbage is tender and the edges are charred. Sprinkle matzo or panko on the wedges and bake 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
