Sparkling Lychee Yuzu Lemonade (and Cocktail Version)
Delicious yuzu lychee lemonade or cocktail

For the drink:
- 4 oz lychee lemonade or 4 oz lychee juice plus 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 oz yuzu syrup more or less to your taste, I used a bit more
- 4 oz prosecco or sparkling water or 2 oz vodka
For the lychee lemonade:
- 2 15oz cans lychee in syrup
- 3 lemons
- 1/2 cup sugar optional, the lychee syrup is sweet as is, so I didn't add additional sugar here
- 1/4 cup water
If using lychee juice, skip this part. Juice the lemons through a strainer to remove seeds and combine lemon juice with lychees and syrup (and sugar if using) and water in a small blender cup and blend well. Strain through a strainer to remove the pulp and into a clean pitcher.
Pour the 4 oz of lychee lemonade into a glass and add the yuzu concentrate and some ice. Mix well and top with sparkling water or prosecco.
