Yuzu Sour
Whiskey sour made with yuzu, cynar and star anise

- 1 1/2 oz whiskey
- 1/4 oz cynar
- 1 1/2 oz yuzu concentrate
- 2 star anise pods
- dash of bitters
The day before you want to make this drink, infuse as much whiskey as you will use with star anise by dropping the pods into the whiskey and letting them infuse for 24 hours. Then strain them out or use for garnish.
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
