For the sauce:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup dill relish drained
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
For the meat:
- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp big mac sauce
To assemble and serve:
- 12 mini street food sized tortillas
- sliced dill pickles
- shredded lettuce
- 12 slices american cheese
Mix the big mac sauce ingredients and taste and season if needed. Set aside.
Mix the meat and seasonings along with the 1 tbsp sauce.
Heat 2 skillets over medium high heat and lightly grease them with oil. Spread about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture onto one side of each tortilla using your hands.
Place the tortillas meat side down in the skillets and do not move. Allow them to fry for about 2-3 minutes, then check to see that they are getting a nice crust and crispy edges. Flip and cook on the other side and add a cheese slice on top and allow to cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from the pan and fold into a taco shape. I lined them up in a baking dish to keep them folded and placed in a 250 degree oven to keep warm while I made the second batch.
Top each taco with lettuce and pickle and big mac sauce and serve.
