Fried Olives with Garlic Aioli
Panko coated green olives deep fried and served with garlic aioli

For the olives:
- 1 6 oz jar small green olives
- 1/2 cup panko flakes
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- oil for frying
For the Aioli:
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
For the olives:
Place flour in one bowl, beaten egg in another, and panko in a third.
Dip the olives in the flour, then into the egg, and finally into the panko.
Heat the oil to 350 and fry for a few minutes until browned. Drain on paper towels.
