This is another appetizer I had seen around online and really been wanting to try. I completely love all kinds of olives and adding a crunchy coating and garlic dip sounded great. Fried olives with garlic aioli is a super quick and easy appetizer that has everything you want – salt, crunch, creamy garlic dip – yum!
The method of breading these is the same one I use for anything panko coated, like Pork Katsu Sandwiches or Jagerschnitzel. The olives are coated in a light dusting of flour, then dropped into beaten egg, and then coated in the panko and fried in oil.

The aioli is a super quick cheater aioli which tastes amazing. It is made of mayo, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. If you are looking for an interesting and quick appetizer, and you love olives, try this one.
