Grapefruit Basil Greyhound
vodka or gin cocktail with grapefruit and basil
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka or gin
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- drizzle of honey
- 2-3 basil leaves finely chopped
- sparkling water
Instructions
- Finely chop the basil. Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold an pour into glasses. Top with sparkling water and sprig of basil.
