Lemon Chicken Wraps with Garlic Tahini Sauce
Delicious lemon herb chicken in a wrap with lettuce, tomato, onion and spicy garlic tahini sauce

For the chicken:
- 1 package boneless, skinless chicken breasts roughly 2 lbs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- oil for pan frying
For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp tahini more to taste
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- sriracha to taste
- 2 tsp lemon juice to taste
For the wraps:
- 6 tortillas, flatbread or wrap of your choice
- fresh lettuce leaves
- thinly sliced red onion
- sliced tomatoes
For the chicken:
Combine the marinade ingredients in a ziploc bag. Cube the chicken and mix well with marinade and place in the fridge overnight.
When ready to cook, heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until it is golden brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally but letting it brown on one side before stirring, about 6-10 minutes.
To serve:
If using raw tortillas, cook according to package. Fill your wrap with some of the sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and add some chicken. Wrap up and cut in half or serve like a taco if using pita or thicker wraps. Serve with extra sauce on the side, believe me you will want more. :)
