Northwest Sour
Interesting cocktail made with mezcal, pear brandy, lime, ginger
Ingredients
- 1 oz pear brandy
- 1 oz mezcal
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz ginger syrup or ginger liqueur
- egg white or cocktail foamer
Instructions
- Combine ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice until very cold. Strain the ice and add the foamer or egg white and shake vigorously until foamy. I use my milk frother to get it is nice and foamed up. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
