Violette Martini
Gin martini with subtle notes of absinthe and violette
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz dry gin
- 3/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1/8 oz absinthe
- 1/8 oz creme de violette
Instructions
- Shake ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker until very cold. Serve in a chilled martini glass.
