Cabbage is a super versatile vegetable that kind of gets forgotten, and this recipe was one of the best ways I have ever had it cooked. Miso brings such a depth of flavor to dishes and a nice hit of salt, and this recipe is no exception.
This miso butter roasted cabbage recipe could not be easier and this would make a great side dish for a party or a buffet situation. To make these you crank up your oven, brush the cabbage wedges with miso butter and sprinkle with salt, and bake until charred on the edges. They are then topped with a bit of garlic bread crumbs and baked a little more to add a nice crunch on top. Super tasty!
