Currywurst is a German street food, made from bratwurst cut up on top of fries with curry ketchup. This dish is super simple and quick to make and it is tasty. I used frozen fries to make it easier, although you can certainly use homemade fries too. This is traditionally made with brats but I think you could sub other sausages too if you prefer them.
The ketchup here is enhanced with a bunch of tasty things like onion, garlic, curry, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and paprika. This recipe only takes 30 minutes if you use frozen fries and is a fun and tasty meal if you are pressed for time.
