Hermione Granger Cocktail

It has been a while since I posted a cocktail recipe (although we’ve been drinking them :)). This Hermione Granger cocktail (no idea why it’s called that), was super light and tasty and refreshing and I’d make this one again.

This drink has a small amount of vinegar in it, which is typical in a cocktail called a shrub. The Asian market also sells these vinegar drink syrups we are addicted to that you just add sparkling water to. They make a very light not too sweet soda with a hit of acid which is really addicting. See my Favorite Item Links page for a link to this if interest.

The combination of raspberry, lemon, rosemary and vodka here works super well together and we all enjoyed this one.
