Cheeseburger pie is a tasty, super quick to put together dinner idea that tastes…..like a cheeseburger 🙂 This only takes about 10 minutes to put together, and then it bakes for 45 minutes in the oven while you do something else.
The filling is a mix of ground beef and onion, seasoned with garlic, onion, Worcestershire, mustard, ketchup and relish. It is topped with a cheddar topping that bakes up light and fluffy. You can serve this with extra ketchup and pickles on the side. My daughter and I kept eating bites out of the dish after we had finished our plates, so that usually means we liked it. 🙂
