Snake Eyes Cocktail

We had this tasty snake eyes cocktail last night on our deck, and it was refreshing and went down pretty easy. 🙂 This is a mezcal cocktail, but you can sub tequila if you don’t have mezcal or you don’t like the smokiness of mezcal. I love it and I think it adds a lot to the drink, but either way it will be tasty. You also need unflavored coconut water, lime juice, simple syrup or honey, and a tiny bit of banana liqueur.

The banana liqueur amount is small enough that you can leave that out if you don’t have it and it will still be a good drink. I realized we didn’t have any left when I went to make this, and I subbed a little peach liqueur instead for the fruit flavor and sweetness and that worked well too.
