Gin Mimosas

With the holiday season coming up, there are so many opportunities to make fun cocktails for a cozy evening at home, brunch, a holiday get together, or no reason at all. I tried out this gin mimosa recipe recently and I loved it. These taste like a regular mimosa, but with a little more punch since they have gin as well as champagne.

These are super easy and quick to make and you can make a big batch if you are serving to a crowd. Fresh squeezed OJ tastes the best, but I am usually too lazy to juice that many oranges, so I use the fresh squeezed juice from my grocery store. You can use whatever champagne (expensive or inexpensive) that you like, and you can also adjust the amount of champagne to your liking.

These are not typical glasses to serve a mimosa in, but I like them because you can adjust the ratio of ingredients more easily in a larger glass vs a champagne glass.
