A bold twist on a deli classic! These Cuban naan pizzas start with a crispy, golden naan base layered with zesty Dijon mustard, tender pulled pork, and melted Swiss cheese. Topped with tangy pickle slices for that signature Cuban flavor, each bite is a perfect balance of savory, sharp, and slightly sweet. It’s comfort food with a crave-worthy kick!
I made these in about 10 minutes with all store bought ingredients. Most grocery stores now carry some version of naan. If you can’t find it in the bread section, check the frozen aisle. I kept these really simple with just dijon mustard and mayo as the base, swiss cheese, store made pulled pork and sliced dill pickles as the toppings. My family loved these and we finished all 8 that I made with no leftovers. You could get more creative and make your own naan or pulled pork for these if you like. I loved the super quick weeknight meal though. For another great quick and easy naan based recipe, try my jalapeno cheddar tuna melt naan pizzas.

Cuban Naan Pizzas
Ingredients
- 4 naan
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- pulled pork
- sliced dill pickles
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. Lay out the naan on the sheet. Mix mayo and mustard together and spoon a few tbsps on to each naan.
- Top with a slice of swiss, then some pulled pork, then another slice of swiss, then the pickles. Bake for 10 minutes or so until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan has crisped up. Watch them closely after 8 minutes to avoid burning the naan. Serve immediately.
