Happy New Year! I took a break from posting about food for a while (although not from making it:)) to enjoy the holidays with my family and also to focus on our Etsy store which was really busy in November and December. My daughter is back in school and my college kids go back this coming week, so I will be back to posting all our eats.
I made this Cranberry Citrus Paloma Punch on NYE and we really enjoyed it.  It reminds me of a margarita but with more variety of fruit juices and the soda (I used Fresca), adds a nice fizz. This isn’t a super strong drink, and you can always up the tequila if you would like it stronger.
It is easy to make a big batch of this for a party, and it would be a great summer time drink. I will probably make it again on vacation this summer.  Try this one out for your next bbq or gathering.
