The Deluxe Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich is piled high with layers of smoked salmon, smoked whitefish salad, smooth cream cheese, briny capers, pickled red onion, fresh tomato, and creamy avocado on a toasted bagel. It’s a rich, flavorful combination of smoky, tangy, and fresh ingredients that delivers serious deli-style satisfaction in every bite.
We ate these for dinner and they were super easy and took about 10 minutes to make and we totally loved them and plan to have them again soon. I loved smoked fish and was able to find premade whitefish dip at my local grocery store. If you can’t find it, definitely try a deli, or you can leave it out and use extra cream cheese and smoked salmon.
I used jalapeno cream cheese on these, which gave a little hint of spice to the sandwich. Toasted the bagel is a must and you can use any savory flavor of bagel. We like everything bagels so I went with that. This made a fantastic dinner and also a great leftover snack. Check out my full collection of sandwich recipes here!
